The primary objective of the Gary McDuff Innocence Project is to win the freedom of Gary McDuff from unlawful imprisonment by invoking interest in this legal cause...
Dear Reader,
Our primary mission is to win my son’s freedom. He is in prison for something he did not do. It took five years for me and other family members to track down the proof of his innocence. I need your help using it to overturn his conviction. I was present for almost all of the significant events. I know the truth. It is the law we need help with. We ask for your help to find “Friends of the Court” to file Amicus Briefs in Support of one or more of the nine Constitutional grounds raised in his Habeas Petition now pending in the U.S. District Court.
The other mission of this Innocence Project is to educate, inform, and share the tragedy of corrupt DOJ prosecutors by raising public awareness of injustice served upon others. Our hope is to awaken the consciousness of America and help balance the scales of justice. You can help by contributing time, expertise, financial resources, and your voice to this cause. My son was denied his right to a fair trial. What they did to him is dishonorable and disgraceful.
